- There will always be many languages to use to solve similar problems.

- at least the "folk lore statistics" is that there are more COBOL
- programmers than all others combined. I don't know if this is
- really true but it is true that there is far too much COBOL code
- out there.

- Java will likely take its place beside many other fine languages.
- Each having strengths and weaknesses. I for one am running,
- not walking towards Java bacause I see future business possibilities
- with it and also, frankly, I get my thrills out out working with
- new toys. <big>grin</big>.
